Understood, but as far as cutting costs and closing buildings goes, the shoe fits. Does it not?
The company does not own most if not all of their buildings. I think Bethpage is the only one owned.
In reference to the for sale sign in Greenwood Lake, that building is a lease - the company does not own it. I know a tech there and he said they are in year 4-5 of a 10 year lease and any depot that is a lease IS slated to be closed in the near future.
