I am a tech and I can tell you the dispute between techs & Altice was NOT created by the union but actually created by Altice & it all started by taking away our sick days, holiday & bonuses without any communication.
Not everyone took that same lose, actually some techs gained 2 days & the statement that they wanted to balance it out throughout the company is also a lie.
Suddenlink employees didn't gain any sick days. If youre not a tech or management then you shouldn't comment on what you really don't know. Stay in your lane & research before commenting
