Just started my new job. Only gave Kellogg's 24 hours notice, screw em. The back stock in my area was unreal. I will not miss working for such clueless inept morons. Typical corporate desk jockey mentality. Best of luck for you guys and gals staying until the end, I definitely feel for ya and all the BS. GAME OVER douches

You may feel like trashing Walmart or Kellogg, and I get that. But remember you are burning a bridge.
I am making sure to do what's expected if not more. I am not about to make people at these other stores and Kellogg think less of me. You never know when your paths may cross again. Because of this I have been contacted by others with job offers and am leaving early to start a career with a new company.

Why are you KMs crying like Lil B@&$@es? You get paid hourly to work. If you all had a clue you would be taking advantage of the lack of merchandisers and getting all the OT you can. This is your chance to make lot of money. Problem is many of you are lazy and don't want to work. Sounds harsh but it's the truth. Ya, this company's s---s now and sh-- on us all but get all you can while your here or gtfo. Also, saying your doing a sh--ty job on purpose just shows your true character. Pretty weak minded to lower your shelf to doing that.

Good for you, good luck at your new job. I'm a KM and I deal with the same s..t every day. Overloading Wal Marts backroom is Kellogg's way of making thieir number.
Full time KM here, I spent 5 hours in a Walmart store yesterday and left with our normal backstock area full as well as a 2nd pallet FULL. We have 2 weeks left in Walmart and I'm supposed to be responsible for helping the store bin all this stuff that we will have left over?! Absolutely crazy.
