Charter aka Spectrum tw cable is advertising for a new call center in Colorado for the Merger. They have been stringing perfectly qualified Telecom Techs promising permanent jobs getting people to fill out paperwork start dates etc...for over the past year. They don't have there s togeather as a company. They get peoples hopes up promise high salaries and then immediately pull them back. Because they " don't have it in the budget ". BS. But at the same time they are laying off People all over the country. This merger should have never gone through. They are wasting peoples time. Contractors, Recruiters, HR, Upper Management etc.... DO NOT work for this crappy company and get caught up jn there corporate cluster f of crap. They will end up as a multi million dollar failure. Bankrupt. Don't advertise for jobs if you don't even have the money. Stay away.

20 years there and I'm treated like a nobody. Hopes of having a strong place to retire from is fading fast.
