Lots of massive promotions and change to deflect blame and tons of short term promotions to SenIor Management positions as of late. In Dallas and Change HealthCare. Bye boys, you won't be missed. Feel sorry (not sorry bc they apparently live for a paycheck) for the inexperienced ones you just made leaders. But that's the cycle nowadays, pay them tons and if they do crap work, bc they've had horrible guidance by you, oh well. It's only our customers we're shortchanging. Who cares right? I(actually)CARE and am looking for the nearest exit. These people are disgusting as humans.

Absolutely correct here. It is a shame and as the employee feel the immediate negative impact, it is the customer and ultimately the patients that will feel the long term negative impact if using McKesson or Change HealthCare. Knowing the quality and integrity of McK or CHC software is now run by incompetent no-nothings, I will surely run if I ever get admitted to a health care facility utilizing McK or CHC. Software did not work too well before and now being several years later, software is truly questionable.
