there is good understand between hr and pdac team and they don't care DM OR DD'S by removing the resources and they dont care about syntel future. syntel owners are need to look into this. other wise they have to give the buildings for rent .this is only the last solution.

you are wrong Nitin, we will lay off 6000, I want to do better than you...
I will see to it that I tell all my stories that I learned from my grandma and bore the hell out of employees..i will make sure that DD, DM and BU head's are safe here, we're can always get the skilled coolies, what we want to keep in office are the good looking employees.....
