It looks like the saving goes to company, the cost goes to the employees.
The IT/HR is reduced, the work goes to every employee directly.
The office is moved to a cheaper area, the travel cost is added to employees.

No job cuts in Broadcom !!!! You must be kidding, they spare some HR folks to do full time of job of firing people.
No need to waste money on picnics, pantry, travel and so on. Let most deserved be rewarded. At least no job cuts expected because of Hock's ability to perform,
Never mind that the restrooms are now filthy, out of soap, paper towels, trash overflowing from the wastebasket and c---roaches running on the floor.
No competent IT support, no actual HR resources, conference rooms are in disarray and the A/V equipment does not function properly, gym hours are cut and the average employee has more to do with less resources.
But hey, at least the top managers got pay increases and Ad Hock Tan is so deserving of the +500% pay increase.
