This is absolutely true. There is nothing so degrading and humiliating as training your replacement just to get the money you are really owed. Their severance package was extremely minimal considering the size and net worth of Johnson Controls. Feel free to Google the CEO and read up on his underhanded antics. He is a low life scum of the highest degree.
