I'm sick of feeling devalued. I'm sick or reorg after reorg. I am taking the package. Digital leadership has no clue what they are doing and making it all up as they go. If they want to sell Predix they need to stop running a day care and get some sophistication. They are doomed.

Take the severance package while GE has the cash flow to pay it. $80 Billion in debt and incompetent leadership can sink any ship.
It's great how Predix is failing miserably and it's regular IT that is suffering. Yet we constantly hear how everything is great, just check out the culture compass results!
