that level of stupid is just validation of their stupidity. The WFR starting point should be the "reply to all - me too" people. Just as the lottery is a voluntary tax for people who can't do math, the "reply to all" should be a volunteer to be laid off.
Sometimes there's a reason people are laid off...sometimes it's easier to pay stupid to leave than to fire stupid.
