It's not officially confirmed that SUO had cut ties with a long time leader PC. Insaw the text he sent his team and word is 1/2 of them are going to resign. Did South get rid of a problem? Or create a bigger problem. I barely knew the dude so I could care less either way

Somebody needs a FACT CHECK. Nothing you said is even remotely close to the truth about PC. I don't even know where to start. You are definitely FAKE NEWS.
This is true comic relief. BOTH PC and AT had a better grip on things than SR and TR. to say PC sank a ship means that you either don't know sh-- or you are just one of his haters that probably couldn't cut it under him. In the last year that team sat more than they ever have the previous 2 combined. And to say we cant sue makes you a bigger moron. It's all arbitrary you dumb sh--. It makes it easier to get paid. What you signed means that before it can get to court it has to go through the arbitration process. In other words, if you have anything close to a valid case they just pay you to go away. PC is manipulative and calculating. He is an a--hole but he's also smart. He spoke openly about the binding arbitration agreement when it hit us in late 2013. A long time AM was suddenly let go in 2015 and after he reminded her husband who worked in training at the time about it she got 6 months severance almost immediately. He's in law school majoring in litigation, do you really think an attention wh--e like him would go away that quietly with out a plan? Back to the original point, you are a total a-- clown and judging by the way that you spell you have absolutely no other professional options in life. You need this job. AT had the worst team at South and was given the best when they flipped the 2. PC put more grad student in school than anyone and AT bombed with the team he was given. You are correct about one thing, they are running the good leaders out. They are doing so because when new owners come in they will see this and they see it as a threat. Although I was never a real fan of PC I did like the way he always called b---s--- and refused to be a YES man.
The arbitration agreement doesn't mean you can't file a lawsuit. What it means is that when you do you go through the alternative dispute resolution process (but I think the legitimacy of the agreement was overturned in one of the states and the discrimination lawsuit is being tried in court). If you and your attorney can't agree to a settlement with an arbitrator and edmc council the attorney will file in the state, or federal court, I'm not sure, to ask to have the agreement overturned if there is a case for that. If it's overturned it's tried in an open court and is a matter of public record.
