Since Cab stock price is getting lower is BP going to lower offer?
This is a big miss for CAB management. They should have selected a buyer for the bank that could have executed quicker.
I haven't penciled out the numbers. But just thinking out loud....Could Johnny walk away from the current deal, pay the fine and then come back with a lower offer and be money ahead?
