When ECMC/ZEG decided to clean house in the remaining campuses by either RIF or terminating the management team due to "misconduct", that was the worse action and/or decision that they have ever made. First of all, what happened to PIPS, write-ups or warnings? Yes, some terminations were justified but some were not. Employees were being terminated for some rediculious misconduct (as they say). Everyone was out to make a name for themselves, makes me wonder if they received a promotion for that. Some were too scared to tell employee relations that what they did was wrong. Some of the old campus management team were go-getters, knowledgeable, think out of the box employees. I guess that was too much competition for them and decided to either promote or replace them with morons. Now all the campuses are suffering and most importantly the student will end up with a useless diploma and a huge student loan debt.

Felons? Not one individual has even remotely been found guilty of anything. No charges and zero action other than a Russian style taking of an organization. Let us not forget they then only allowed a sell of schools to an organization that they contract for student debt collection. Zero school experience and here we are.....Felons seem to be Obama and his Cronies for Putin style "taking".Horrific!
Right. Bringing back the felons who perfected the art of simultaneously ripping off taxpayers, students and employers is the proper thing to do. Please...... Regarding terminations, we are at will employees who can be let go for any reason - or no reason - at any time, except for illegal reasons (race, age, etc). New leadership in a failing organization usually results in lots of personnel change. Regarding the students, a "useless diploma and huge debt" is and has been part of the culture for several years, well before the many recent changes in leadership. Business as usual......
