1-1/2 years after unjustifiably laying off 74 hard working employees, Erie is still in search of that special talent to come in and transform the place into "Operational Excellence". Apparently with the rare visits they made to Erie, Houston determined that the people shipping 14 million a month and setting shipment records just didn't understand what it takes or know what they were doing. Good luck in rebuilding your "Excellent Operation".
