Are we, at some point, going to reach a situation where the industry will start to grow. 2017 is an awkward year with some major insurance companies laying people off big time. National Interstate will do fine, I am sure but you need to be careful as things can change quickly. I am not sure if there are companies who care about the worker any more, it's all about money and making sure the shareholder is taken care off, but what about the worker, even though I cannot complain as National Interstate was good to me.
