WIth all these shutdowns to increase efficiency, at least Hunter is smart enough to know he should open the newest most efficient shop on the system. There is a strong rumor he is opening Corbin Locomotive Shop back up because of the shop capabilities and output. VAC needs locomotives and this is the place to fix them. This is great news for all those that were impacted by the prior regimes ineptitude.
