talking about the technical side, it is really messy, kickout the qulifued "can do" people, and now looks no people really know what is the work they are doing, but only talking around. mess around with limited of knowledge.

well I know who aint "qualifued". Surprised you lasted this long.
There's a lot of them in the Oil Department in 34th or 35th floor. It's like a high school musical there. So many inexperienced, back stabbing millenials, who'd do everything (a#$% kissing) to keep their jobs. Once the market picks up, TCPL will go down, down, down, because they have the most inexperience and least skilled employees.
