Molina had cuts here in NM - how about PHS?

Presbyterian is beginning to layoff. They aren't calling it that and aren't doing it in large numbers so as to hit the press but it is happening. Now the closure of the NICU at Rust. They may have spent way too much money trying to get out of state business and now NM Pres is paying the price.
No Layoffs here
