Is it true that Cognizant is up for sale? There are strong indications that the company is up for sale and Microsoft and Google are in picture for acquisition. Does anyone has any details on this? Is it just a rumor or is something cooking?

Not gonna happen, nobody has that kind of money. Market cap about $40 Billion USD, plus premium.
