The Union was notified today 5/3/2017 of a Surplus/ISP offering in several classifications within Frontier of Florida. All classifications have been deemed a Voluntary surplus.

they haven't offered any packages in the Missouri office this time, last time we had 30 more than they wanted to take the offer. If they do my guess is half the office would want it, and sadly, I'm not exaggerating. We had three people quit this week
Better get that lump from what I hear that is the next to go.
Doing the same in the field here in PA, the offer is a joke, especially if you are covered by a union contract don't even bother considering it. From what we understand or were told that it is happening nationwide and if they don't get enough accepting it, the cuts will be made by job eliminations. I just hope seniority counts and is not ignored or that the company tries to circumvent the contract in place. Good luck to all....
