Nope nope nope
Solutions is probably going to be consultant support instead of software development as part of an engagement. Implementation hasn't taken off either for both BCG nor McKinsey, Bain never even meddled with that. Not sure how long they're willing to wait before offloading as it eats up margins.
I could believe it, though I would expect that they would use compensation models to soft-push less productive partners out.
I could also see layoffs happening in McK Solutions as some of their bets fail to pan out - as should be expected with the adoption of a new model.
