Exactly three weeks ago, RCC Dept. was given notice by management that they would be laid off as of June 29th, 2017. Earlier today, HR met with RCC dept @ Bartow and gave them an alternative option.
They were all given a form to fill out and sign with the option to "continue [their] employment with Altice USA as a TSR in the Bartow Contact Center."
One may ask the question, "why would Altice management suddenly have a change of heart like this?"
