4 day work,weeks will be gone shortly. Not only are we losing everything we ever worked for. Now we are going to have adjust our lives around shifts they arbitrarily come up with on conference calls in air conditioned rooms. Not only are we not able to provide for our families with a decent wage. We will also be terrible parents because we will miss important milestones in their lives because most of us work shifts that allow to somewhat be part of our kids lives. Just an awful way to treat people!!!!

Pampered shift? We work 10 hours a day for 4 days as opposed to 8 hours a day for 5 days. That's hardly pampered.
Boo hoo, your pampered shift is going bye bye and you'll have to work 5 days like the rest of the country. Waaaahhhhh
no offense but going to 5 days a week instead of 4 (which isn't that common to start with in this industry) should be the least of your problems. Maybe think of the employees past and soon to be present now working 0 days a week and struggling to find a new career
Management acts like not working overtime, your days off or holidays that your a lazy piece of crap. It's not like we have family's that we would like to spend time with. Meanwhile they keep taking away and asking for more, great for morale.
