They're just moving forward with their plans. Round up all the AUSA techs into a few locations so that it'll be easier to get rid of them. (and close down a few shops in the process)
Afterwards, they'll be focusing directly on their big money prize which of course is ATS. It is already self-destructing with the continuous flood of techs running over to Spectrum but Altice need to make sure all the remaining big salaries are dealt with. Don't be surprised when they announce ATS is moving towards "piece" work.
