Thread regarding Kellogg layoffs

From John Bryant CEO

We believe Kellogg is ultimately more than a business. Every day, we strive to be a diverse inclusive community of passionate people making a difference around the word-in other words a company with heart and soul. This is captured within our 2020 Growth plan ensuring that our global growth strategy keeps us focused on winning and doing the right things.

What a crock! So far he's made some very bad decisions. He's batting ZERO and makes 10 million a year not including stock options. WHAT THE F_ _ _ K!!!

The only thing keeping me sane through all this is, I believe in karma. John can't take that money with him. Many companies started by 1 or 2 persons, when it is handed down to the kids, the kids just see the dollar signs. Dad's rolling in his grave. I've seen it in different businesses. Maybe it won't be a bad thing to move on to better.

Every time I call HR it seems like I called the 7-11 in my neighborhood or the Quick-E-Mart from the Simpsons.

He's right.

Kellogg's does make a difference around the world.

He's sending them our jobs. Bakeries closing in the US and opening in Mexico. Merchandising jobs going to ChinaMart. The two times I had to contact HR about issues, the call was answered at a call center in the Philippines.
