She should be impeached or whatever the fancy term is - just get over with her. It's sickening, her management style is substandard and she demonstrates none of leadership qualities you'd expect from a Fortune 100 company. Give her a nice department somewhere where things do not change that much. Man, oh man...

Exactly - her comments show where her focus is and where it is not. No comments about making great products, pleasing customers, instilling morale and motivating the workforce. That's why she's driven the company into the ground. It's all about the financial engineering.

And her remarks from earlier in the segment:

"It is always about moving to where the profit and the value is, and what that does for an investor is that always gives us the ammunition to reinvent ourselves, those profits do, and then with that, continuously raise your dividend," the CEO said.

Laser-focused on the dividend to the detriment of everything else.
