Each tech has lost over 4k with loss of our Xmas bonus. 3 days sick time!! Now it turns out all shifts are being reworked Bye bye 4 day work week. And all these changes will be done with no consideration to the needs we have with our children and day care concerns Not only will we bad husbands because we can't provide a decent wage for our families but we also will be bad fathers because we won't be able to see important milestones and sporting events or dance recitals!!! These decisions will be made by unqualified management as well. Most probably on there 3rd marriage!! I'm sure they will be able to make the important family events they have coming in the future. What a shame!!!!

Just imagine the bonuses management got to persuade you to move over. I'm genuinely not a union guy, but I am sure happy I voted yes. This time think about your family and not bonus. Wish I could help you, but you can only help yourself.
I don't need the benefits but thanks. 3 weeks package for me is a GREAT offer. I'll take that and then unemployment. I have the luxury of not giving a sh-- about benefits. Considering 90% of the shop is DFH, there is no way my depot is pulling together.

4/10's have been on the chopping block for years. The guys on it, have it made. I'm jealous of them honestly. I'm honestly surprised they've lasted this long. I think we may have only 2-3 guys on 4/10's in my Depot. Sigh, if only I was on disability before the new year. Those lucky bastards that took packages got 3 weeks/year. All is ATS guys will be quitting with nothing. Hell theyre already trying to cram more on call down our throats due to so many leaving. I honestly don't know how we're functioning at all
We need to organize every dam depot stop sitting there taking the lashings and excepting there lies and the bs it's time we all stand up and fight the fight for our futures and are family's and don't give me the bs of well look at spectrum and how there strike is going it would probably be going better if we didn't go running over to them and cross there lines and just to let you know when that strike is over so is the scabs positions cause it goes by seniority and the scabs don't have any. Let's get this sh-- done strength is in numbers.
