Per the CEO on his visit to Champaign he has said no more overtime at all or he will replace people to get this done.

Yeah, they started that in Springfield too. Now rumors are going about a layoff.
Take some advice from this professional kiss up (coordinator): listen to their stories, smile and laugh with them, make them feel important, then turn your head and roll your eyes, all while you are collecting the easy overtime and making your pay check fat! It's a game! Start playing now!
They have to reward the kiss ups somehow!! After all kissing up to the arrogant is not the most desirable or easiest thing to do.
Perhaps it's those who deserve it?
That's what they said for the Fort Smith, Arkansas plant also. What they really mean is no more overtime unless you are a coordinator, line lead or temporary employee. Only a select few ( the elite kiss ups) get overtime.
