I retired early because of Wal-Mart. They are unreasonable to deal with.
They are telling vendor's how much they will pay for their product
Take it or you will be out of business.
They will have stores every 50 miles destroying everything in between.
Don't support them.
When Walmart started their 50 mile radius of super centers I knew their goal was two fold. Force the closure of as many competitors as possible and expand their company brands. This is not the first time Walmart has told their vendors what to do and it will not be the last. Now that they pushed for a warehouse model with Kelloggs watch the shelf space shrink, items being dropped, and the great value brand items expand. Kellogg's has some hidden agenda what it is I do not know.
Don't shop at Wal Mart OR buy Kellogg's products.
Easier said than done.
