How to gain a pay increase, leave DQ then get taken back on. New starts are on higher pay rates than established machinists.

DQ is good at grinding people down. Moral is at a all time low, and management can't see it. Wake up and smell the coffee CEO, you need your best workers to stay.
DQ tried very hard to pass difficult time. But don't know how long it exist. No optimistic.
More people have left DQ, and more speaking of leaving. Managers need to sort this out before DQ lose there best workers. Yeah we are all a number, but some numbers are more important than others.
