There's no need to send your people into Walmart. It won't help anything. What are you going to do in 4 weeks anyway. The workers will be gone and things will get even worst. Just forget it. Live with your mistakes and look like jackasses. The only chance you have is to try and reverse this mess you have created. But that won't happen either. So just forget it.

During a conference call last week, our MM told us about the extension of visits to WalMart through to the end so that we could "partner" with the stores' personnel and share our merchandising experience with them. (i.e. we're supposed to teach them how to do the jobs they are taking away from us)

Let me guess China mart doesn't have the labor to take on this deal and wants Kellogg to supply the labor just wait a yr when China mart wants to negotiate pricing with Kellogg will get ugly
So Kellogg is caving into China mart again company has no back bone along with bad discusion making
