I worked in TCS mumbai and I felt the marathi politics. It seems Indian software business become regional politics. Now same lungi politics I have seen in Bangalore. People do not appreciate talent, whether in Pune or Bangalore.

Indian IT system need a major revamp. Else it will die soon.

It is same weapon used by Lungi gangs in south to kick out other non south people of Job to favor local Lungi walas. Lungis will favor lungis and kick out others. They will be so unprofessional that - they will use mother tongue as business language in all meetings just to eliminate others.

It is going to bite them - bite them hard.

Being a non marathi in puner risky not just in syntel but in any company in pune.

Any down turn non marathis are targeted and fired.

Think twice before u move to pune. Especially if u are from hyderabad bangalore and chennai.

Two years ago the fdedex dd in pune ran anti south indian drive and was iinstrmental in firing almost 500 telugu people. Many have come good prpfesional back ground(not fake exp or nontechinical ) .
