Shareholders who are not in on the fleecing, read the situation for what it is, and then get out. You might make a few bucks from a buyout but be very cautious soon after.

if Cerberus is smart, they'll keep the layoffs under 10% (look up definition of decimate), do them quarterly so the great mass of sheep keep grazing until around the 3rd or 4th one when they finally realize that EVERYBODY is going to the slaughterhouse.

and you can kiss just about every benefit goodbye.
