Let's see, pension plan cut and eliminated post 94' pensioners forced retired at half or less. Pay grades become combined 'band levels', 30+ years of service. They get 'retired'. No state or government oversight, hmmm... I am pretty sure this paints a bit of a picture here. And the band plays on.
