Now Managers and supervisor are setting thier own people to be fired every one knows what's going on but people just don't want to talk for all you investors and stock holders this is what this company is doing its unethical and against the law it's like intrapment this company is playing with people's lives playing favoritism for certain employees if everyone is saying the same thing how stupid can people in charge be if you keep your employees happy moral would be great but the way things are going it shows people in charge are just about themselves. For example the one in charge of tooling slips and fall and dislocated his shoulder no incident report. The lead for maintenance (electrical) backs up his golfcart to load from parts from maintenance driver hit the brown maintenance truck puts a dent in it over a foot long at the rear of the truck passenger side behind rear wheel dent is still there and guess what no incident report . From my understanding not reporting a incident or injury is grounds for termination by the Dq handbook but do you think that's going to happen? Of course not Dq is a joke. This is what you investors and stock holders put your money in hell of a investment good job.

That's true! They are setting up people to get fired. I know two people who got fired on the same day in May. Their manager and sup tried to say it was misconduct so they don't have to pay unemployment. It's sad!
The supervisors are throwing good workers under the bus to save their own pitiful asses. You don't learn much driving around in a golfcart.

That's cause the 'I'm a manager at DQ and I'll be investigating this' found out it was his mate who tripped and crashed the golf cart, so he won't be saying f@@k all.
