Too many bosses anywhere in any company is never good. Micron has let this problem get way out of hand. Perhaps more Supervisors and Managers need to be replaced by Management Temps like everyone else in this company.

Management temps is a good idea. What company needs as many management people as they have hourly employees? I have never worked before for any company that employees more people that they don't need than Micron. It seems like they employ people just to lower the unemployment rate.
I agree with that. All you need is a "management temp" in a short sleeve shirt Khaki pants and a cup of coffee walking around. That will surely fill the bill while saving the company mucho money.
