WW will win lawsuit, sit back and watch. How much he gets depends on jury, or settlement by NP on courthouse steps. Either way he deserves $$$ for breach of contract

Lost $91M in 2015 and $41M in 2016 and had loss of $1M in 1st Q 2017. 84M shares outstanding in Feb 2015 and Latest fillings and Yahoo show 88.8 M now and still have the stock giveaways and possible share increase for note due end of Sept 2017. Average rig count in US in Dec 2015- 714 Rigs Jan 2016- 654 Rigs and Latest June rig count 933 rigs. If can't make money at 900-950 rigs- then WHEN? Even if NR makes a Penny a share in present Quarter that is only $1M . As mentioned previously where would they be now without sale of NESI. Katy- better check the depth of that hole again.
