It was announced today that RCC/Dispatch Dept. is being laid off. Last day June 29th.

Also + 1 to the person that said it's not rcc you blame. If you never knew it was your director and manager that controls the work kid dumped on you and when pools are closed your supervisors gave you half of the crazy amounts of work when loads were high
Ok let's clear this up for the idiots and a holes getting excited about how there days are going to be soo much better without rcc. Ok the reps in vdo. Have been let go or either move over to the new locations and there positions will be handled by rcc reps. Rcc functions will be handled by out of state reps. Good luck. If you thought your coworkers that were a little familiar with the area were bad at routing you good luck and also now it'll be longer possible call times while they get the rcc reps fully transitioned into vdo. So. Yes sounds like your calls may take a bit longer your routes may possibly be a lot worse and spread further out Good luck But clearing up to the terrible s o b that insisted on saying now rcc reps will be homeless. No they will be handling your tech calls
