Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

What's wrong with you Kelloggs

So Kelloggs is taking bar codes off the packaging for Walmart and has started changing the bar codes, numbers. My stores don't have the new codes. Had to take out product in the stores with the new codes and give the space to Nabisco. CAN YOU BE ANYMORE RECKLESS? Glad I'm out of this mess in two weeks. Kelloggs will lose so much it's not even funny! Go Nabisco!!!

Lmfao. So now we have some dip sh$t lawyer sounding off here in the Kelloggs forum.

You sprinkle in some legalese and act as though you're a f@$# ing savior. Dude, way to state the obvious. I'm sure Kelloggs has their ducks in a row. A matter of fact, I know they do when it comes to this contract.

You certainly have not seen the contract and are clearly unaware of the wording. You are nothing more than a troll. You are fishing for clients. Hoping that some poor schmuck sees your post and tries to contact you.

You're a disgrace. Making broad statements and acting as if you "care". You are nothing but an ambulance chaser.

But if any discretionary actions are made they better be uniform across the country and written warnings given and allowed to be acted upon or there will be the likelihood of legal action. Discretionary actions meted out due to personal issues between employer and employee, not uniform across the country and also not performance based, also open to litigation.

The bonus may be a fixed amount but it is in no way guaranteed. You don't perform you risk losing.

I don't give a flying f@$# if you don't believe me. Call HR if you didn't or don't want to get a lawyer.

There have already been several KSRs and KMs in my zone who have been given written warnings.

The stay on bonus is not discretionary it's a fix amount not tied to China mart and slave labor

The stay on bonus is discretionary. If someone feels you are not doing the job as they are asking, it can be pulled from you. No questions asked. Don't believe me. Take the contract to a lawyer. But affix the bar codes before you go see said lawyer.

Just found out that the reason there's no bar codes on the product going into WM is because the KSR and KM will need to go into the stores and affix them.

By Friday this week everyone will receive sheets of peel off UPC stickers. Each UPC is unique to each KSR and KM and the UPC are only price point related. Not by item. WM and Kelloggs will then track the sales and who's doing what. There's a threshold that needs to be met by items scanned in order for the KSR and KM to receive their bonuses. My DM is trying to find out what that percentage is as I'm writing this.

Clearly Kelloggs is using this tactic to eliminate having to pay out retention bonuses. There's no way anyone is going to have time to affix these damn bar codes on the product.
