Haven't seen anything more on it, but the rumor mill is that Ricoh is reorganizing its sales team again today in North America.

The entire INSIDE SALES order support and order coordinator positions have been moved to other teams since the entire division will now be processed in the Philippines. That also goes with the majority of the Billing dept. They were let go as well.
I am based in the South. 2 southern States had 50 or so sales folks. Now have 4, and one used to be a manager. Actually, another manager, is also in a sales role. The marketplace VP is now in a sales role. I foresee more changes. Ricoh makes a great product. The cultural differences bit em in the butt. Sad that they bought the most successful dealer ever in IKON and did what Xerox did, just 10 years later

you too will be terminated as soon as we find out who you are Slick!
All sales reps in local offices gone, sell off of smaller accounts, techs let go or sent to dealers, closing offices to save cash, rumors of even more changes. I suspect Ricoh will sell off all copier customers eventually.
Many major account reps and manager layed off in the Denver area market.
Just talked with some employees. A lot of Major Account Executives have been let go today at least in the Northeast.
