Bonuses are paid in a week. If senior leaders leave about the same time, you'll know the company is doomed.
they will be out of cash by end of the year unless they find cash.

just wait until after bonuses are paid to leaders in july/august. Count the number of them that leave. That will be your indication it is time to find a new job.
