Kelloggs married Walmart. Walmart was just rated LAST out of something like 65 grocery stores by Consumer Reports. Good luck with that dumb dumbs.

Once China Mart approaches 50% of K total business across US game over. China mart will then own and run Kelloggs. China Mart will dictate everything and anything K can do. It will be a "Bust Out" like the Sopranos.

Best post yet! The entire restructure is for WALMART. No regard to any other customer at all. WM wants lowest possible prices and they do not care about anything else. I see it like this: WM gets the price dirt cheap so they don't have to keep shelves full or have any incremental displays. Dirt cheap costs enable them to sell less product and probably keep the same amount of money in their pockets or maybe even more. Regional accounts etc. will continue to lose because they will NEVER receive the deals WM receives and will work hard at keeping shelves full which will lower their return even greater.
