Thread regarding Altice USA (Cablevision) layoffs

Altice out right lieing to their customers.....

In the last month I have witnessed this company lie through their teeth to reschedule work due to no man power. Twice, I have had a scenario where a job has been pulled from my route and then given back to me later in the week. The customer states that they received a phone call claiming the tech called out sick or had an emergency and had to go home early! How can this company get away with stuff like this????? The company doesn't care about tc's, installations take priority.

I have also witnessed customer service telling subs that were just padded for noise, that there's an outage and they need to be patient and wait for service to come back on. I guess altice doesn't have the man power, especially on weekends to roll trucks to CLI's.

I seen Installs booked same day but and old lady with her phone service out have to wait 5 days for an appt.

Notice the emphasis on getting a reduction in tcs as a whole! Company wide...push push push install ....reduce reduce reduce truck rolls to tcs ...
