Lots of cv techs are now coming over to spectrum. All are going to be without union benefits,but they are used to that. They are well taught how catv works and are very knowledgeable. Cv techs will make a difference.
Truth is only half the guys in Ats that went to spectrum actually know what they are doing the rest are busters and rats pretending to be a tech

Rutledge contract ends roughly in 2020 so what makes you think he cares about franchise renewal? By that time he may have already have the company sold to Verizon or worse...Altice. Then what is NYC going to do?They are already suing Verizon and Altice has shown to be a monster.. Charter is in a great spot, and any remaining cable providers who can handle nyc will be bought out long before 2020. Comcast is too big to take over 7 million additional customers as per FCC guidelines. Do not get your hopes up based on the NYC council. They can and all will be bought off of replaced during the upcoming elections. You guys are participating in an illegal strike that is not based on hazard working conditions but an attempt to improve a contract negotiation which means replacement works hired during that time can and will he kept. Many returning union workers will have to sit out on the sidelines until a position opens up.
Lol lies. Three months in and spectrum continues to hires contractors. City pressure started a month ago and did nothing to change spectrums mind. Still on strike, still not getting paid because you don't want to see union has no power over the current corporation greed growing across the entire telecom industry.
It's every man for himself. When this is over you will have to accept spectrums offer or move on.

But what was the reasoning behind not training these employees, think fellas why would a company not train their employees, properly and deliberately to make them look bad, instead of working side by side, they are at each others necks for control. Do you know what a spectrum analyzer is and how to use it? why do you think charter recruited all cablevision techs. Because you have a union doesn't mean you should do your job! Union or not all time warner techs s---. Wait until "cablevision" managements plans fall into place, you guys can't handle them.
I agree I wouldn't cross that line. I have morals. I was offered a job with them at a good rate of pay but didn't take it. I don't think I could live with myself.
