I made a mistake I signed up for this, so I must reap what I sowed, I believed in my management team thinking I would have a job for more than 5 years I was wrong. The points went down my work went up no way to get the goals that I was promised and lord knows what's coming in the future cannot blame no one but myself.

The ATE plan is drive the heard, regardless of ramifications. it's obvious with individual job points adjusted downward and expectation of daily completed points by a technician elevated. No margin for error when an unforeseen situation arises and good luck sending an action that you're in trouble, because no help or relief. Forced overtime to complete your assigned work for the dsy, because it's a rat race. Who really suffers in this recipe, the technician and ultimately the customer.
I'm glad I got out while I did . No more stress and no more lies .
