As I sit here typing up this message I have tears in my eyes. I am shocked at how this transition is actually playing out. People are leaving right and left and the company had not one solid back up plan to back fill the people who are leaving the company. The mental damage this has done to me and some very good people that I know have really hurt and changed our lives for the worse
Stores are still calling in and complaining like crazy and we have no honest answer to tell them. People are overly frustrated and giving up. People who were lazy and never did sh-- anyway are now being exposed for who they really are and can no longer hide behind the good ole boy system. They are still hiding and not giving a sh-- and letting the people who are still trying and care to do even more work even though they do not have a job after the last day worked.
This is a very sad time. I was not asked to stay after the transition and if I had the opportunity to stay I don't think that I would. To those of you who were offered the new roles good luck to you. Remember these people are sales people and it is in their job description to sell. They will sell you some b---s--- lies in a heartbeat just how they have been doing for the last number of years.
People have resulted to lying and trying to hurt peoples names for the sake of getting a new job. What do you expect when over 6000 people lose their job and only 10-15 new jobs post? cut throat!
Mark my words Kellogg's/Keebler will be sold off in around two years time if not sooner
