Great job needs to go out to the CEO and upper management. They have managed to have 9 quarters in a row of declining sales. You all deserve a pay raise. Make sure to give yourselves one and pat each other on the back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Like usual they will blame the reps. ?who will they blame when we are gone? Regional teams are borderline clueless but insulated. I guess the new snack reps will be the red headed stepchild. I can't imagine the kind of pressure that will be applied to them. You know management will expect and budget for no drop off in GSV. Year one will probably be strong with Incredible trade spend to prop up sales and save Stock price. The stores will see a steady diet of mods and shippers at great pricing. I still think the shelves will look like crap and ZOH at China Mart will be high. Kelloggs will live off the shippers and mods.

Year 2 will be a rude awakening. Trade spend will tighten up and then you will probably see the true consequences of no DSD sales force. We cover up alot of acct team mismanagement. But the Region and Acct teams will still probably be insulated. Snack reps to blame. If the Acct teams don't have a strong grasp of the business (truly worked DSD in stores themselves, not this intern crap) they will struggle. But once again there seems to be no repercussions if the Region or Acct teams are incompetent. Running a sales business from a desk using reports seems like a sure fire Win!

Lose 53 mill end of the yr qt last year and still keep your job probably got a pay raise unbelieveable
