Looks like the layoff bug is hitting the support center in Alpharetta too. 3par storage is shedding a few, servers is shedding a few, and even the non technical customer care positions as well.
This from a company that stressed staffing was a big concern to get the correct amount of people, yet it looks like they will replace them with contractors SMH.
