Thread regarding Kellogg Co. layoffs

17 years

Been with this company 17 years and over that time I've worked with some of the most dedicated employees that worked long hours many of them sacrificing time with there families for merchandising and selling Keebler/Kellogg cookies and crackers.

Now look at us how the heck did it come to this. So disrespectful to find out how much Kellogg is paying a untrained KM for three months getting 2 weeks vacation pay plus $1000 the phone and by the way a higher hourly rate than most KM's that have been there for years. I was going to stay until the end but that's the nail in the coffin.

Yeah, I know Kellogg is just trying to find bodies and throw some money at them and limp across the August finish line.

Good luck to those that stick out...

I'm done with this mess of a company.

i'm so happy I left 20 years ago. sorry for he people I left behind now losing their jobs. the game changed about the time I started in 1988. the individual store managers lost the ability to purchase for their stores and buying became centralized.
