Referring to mgrs and up lining their pockets. This is absolutely true. McK literally steals owed money to its workers straight from their pay check.

My experience from McKesson was that many employees got promoted to manager, director or AVP because they were valued employees and the 2% merit raise would not keep them long term. This created a large group of "leaders" that not only were incompetent, but consistently worked on the wrong things. A good influential sell job was all it took for them to do THE WRONG THING. Simpletons is what I worked with. It was entertaining to watch. But does get old.

@N75h940-2qzu:

You really can't believe anything that executives are telling you. Yes, they're excited by the changes, but it's because they're lining their pockets with more bonuses and stock options.

Do we still have HR who are employees? I thought they were out-sourcing those positions.

It's disappointing to hear that you have slackers in your office as well. I've never worked for a company with such consistently poor examples of managers as McK. It's almost as if they all got their degrees from University of Phoenix.

I'm very interested in seeing who is affected by the June RIF. Will the HR folks please speak up????

With One Post Pharma moving to Texas soon, there are bound to be more layoffs. Even though McK is boasting adding 2k more positions...makes no darn sense. Majority of the Texas peeps, at least those in Pharma finance, barely work. Lazy, unprofessional s---ers. They need to lose their jobs and step into the real world where they are held accountable and not earning 60k salaries for half a-- work

Great question but have no answer. If I had to guess, the June RIF list is already made. But MckChg needs to give HR time to process the May RIF batch. HR shouldn't be overworked......

Is the Jun Layoff for Change employees, or (McK)Change employees?

For ChangeHealthcare, next RIF is June but don't know how many or which areas.

This wave is over. 500 positions gone. How long until next wave?
